Fantastic experience, from beginning to end! It was a big project - choosing and installing blinds and window treatments to cover our entire downstairs. Dana was wonderful to work with, in helping us to choose custom and other treatments that worked with our home and style. The treatments themselves were beautiful when they arrived and Dave was a master installer - he worked carefully and efficiently making everything look perfect. I cannot recommend this company highly enough!

William did a great job measuring wood blinds for my bedroom/home office wall of three large side-by-side windows including a very long blind covering two windows to block out harsh morning light - and Dave did a fantastic job installing them. James was the designer who recommended these blinds in an elegant gray color and helped me figure out how they would work functionally and aesthetically, with the wands situated exactly right. I love the blinds and appreciate the expertise of William, Dave and James. This has been my first experience using Stoneside and I’m very happy so far with its quality and service.

Dana was our designer and Dave was our installer. They both did a great job. Dana has a good eye and made great recommendations. Dave was very thorough and professional. Two of the shades were a bit off from the measurement. Dave made them work temporarily, but insisted on having them remade. The end product was perfect.

I have no idea how this company has 5 stars - we have been trying for months to get our blinds (which came with our house) hooked up with Alexa or other smart device and not only have they been unable to do this but we go days and weeks without hearing from them. My husband has been calling every other day an no on has the courtesy to follow up or get back to him. They don’t answer the phone and it’s impossible to speak to a person. Do not recommend!! Terrible customer service!

This is my second time working with Stoneside and it was an enjoyable experience from start to finish. Dana is so knowledgeable and enthusiastic that it’s impossible to not enjoy the experience.
