The Wilbraham business also handles lawn maintenance and snow removal. Its website says maintenance prices depend on lawn size, planting beds and pruning needs, and offers a free estimate after surveying the property. Customers have described both routine upkeep and more involved yard work. In November 2024, a Google reviewer said the crew arrived with one or two days' notice and cleaned the whole yard in less than an hour. A July 2018 reviewer described Joe, Kevin and Sarah using an excavator to remove several truckloads of stones, dirt, shrubs and landscaping fabric from two areas along a driveway. The customer said the berms were leveled for future flower planting and the areas filled with pea stone, despite a 96-degree day. An April 2018 HomeAdvisor review praised a spring cleanup and dethatching. In June that year, another customer praised the landscape design and said the company kept its appointments throughout planning and execution. A July 2022 customer described using owner Joe and his crew for many years, calling him fair and the crew hardworking. In December 2025, a Google reviewer praised Joe and Tom's responsiveness to individual needs and attention to detail. Snow removal drew a favorable HomeAdvisor review in September 2020, but a January 2026 Google reviewer made a serious driving complaint. The reviewer alleged that a plow driver ran their car off the road, threw snow onto it and passed across a double yellow line. They said the driver identified himself as working for Joe or as Joe. Its business-history claims differ: the website reports 22 years in business, while its Angi and HomeAdvisor descriptions say it opened in 2013.
