Stronger Link describes its work on HomeAdvisor as gas fireplace repair and all-around service of the unit, and says there that it does not clean chimneys. A different 2025 reviewer said Sam answered the phone, came over, gave a quote and completed the job within budget, calling it "Absolutely meticulously clean". In a 2024 review, the writer said the company diagnosed the issue on an indoor fireplace, found the pilot assembly was not repairable and replaced it, arrived at the appointed time, and added them to the contact list for future maintenance.
