Nor'East Services Incorporated

A metal roof was leaking at a seam and the ceiling below had already taken damage; the homeowner called Marc Fitzpatrick and, writing in February 2025, said he was there in under two hours. Emergency patching one week and a full tear-off the next is the shape of the work at Nor'East Services, which runs out of Kingston and says it has been at it for more than 40 years, co-operated by Fitzpatrick and Paul Kemmett. Speed carries into the replacements. A customer in September 2025 had a roof and skylights swapped with the crew in and out in a day. In a 2023 review, another described materials arriving within days of signing and Paul keeping them posted while the job was finished in the single day promised. A contractor himself, writing in 2024, said he knows where other contractors cut corners, watched for it on his own rip-and-replace, and came away pointing at the price and the cleanup instead. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is active, and Google shows 4.8 stars across 25 ratings. One 2024 review is worth raising with them directly: the customer left five stars but wrote to get customer references first, and that this is a contractor rather than a roofing company. Ask who will be on your roof and what they finished recently. The work does run wider than roofs — the company lists gutters, siding, chimney and custom sheet metal, and BuildZoom shows roofing and gutter permits pulled in Brookline and Plymouth. For a storm leak or a one-day tear-off on the South Shore this is a sound first call. Get those references, and get the scope and the price in writing before the crew shows up.
