A December 2025 customer describes a complete renovation — cabinets, floors, countertops, custom crown moldings and a pantry — finished on time and on budget. In January 2026, another had a new island, countertops and a backsplash put in, with help picking the island; a second January 2026 customer had cabinets installed in a new kitchen area. Put the scope, the payment schedule and the completion date in the contract, and tie payments to stages actually finished — that is precisely where the one bad account went wrong.
