It says it has been in business for 23 years. A 2022 customer said Christian explained the job thoroughly, that his workers were fast and neat, and that the French drain saved their basement. A 2022 reviewer wrote that Chris Sundahl oversaw the project and was always available by phone. In a 2023 review, a customer said a concrete sagging problem they doubted could be fixed was solved with specialized equipment. A 2024 customer said the estimate was accurate, the work was done on schedule, and the water problem was solved. A 2025 customer said the workers were polite and got the job done half a day early. On r/Westchester in 2023, a commenter said they had a good experience with the company, which dug drains and installed sump pumps. In 2024, a commenter in the same forum who got estimates from Sundahl and a competitor said neither addressed the water coming into their crawl space. A 2024 commenter there described Sundahl's opinion on their basement as "no exterior only interior solutions."
