On Google it holds 5 stars from 7 ratings. A 2023 customer with a flooded basement said Jason was at the house within an hour of calling, on a Sunday, and had a crew there with dehumidifiers and fans the next day. That 2023 customer also said they were working with Jason on outdoor waterproofing and remodeling the basement. A 2025 customer wrote that water in the basement had led to mold, and that "jasons guys" sprayed an antimicrobial solution and installed a sump pump and a dehumidifier. A 2025 customer whose lower level was damaged by a leak said the company responded quickly and communicated with their insurance company along the way. A 2024 customer said the company was at the house with all the gear within 24 hours of a phone call, and that Paramount had the same insurance relationships as the big national franchises.
We had a leak that caused damage to our lower level, and Paramount Restoration came through immediately. They responded quickly, offered expert advice, and worked fast to mitigate the damage, helping to minimize the overall impact on our home. They guided us every step of the way, even communicating with our insurance company to make the process smoother. We’re so grateful for their professionalism and support. My family highly recommends Paramount Restoration to anyone in need of reliable and efficient help!
I had some water in my basement that led to some mold and jasons guys did an amazing job spraying an antimicrobrial solution to get rid of the problem. They also installed a sump pump, and dehumidifier to help with future rain storms! Amazing service! Why hire a big national company, when you can call a local business like his!
Paramount Restoration is powered by an extraordinary team whose dedication transforms houses back into homes. Their craft goes far beyond restoration—it’s about breathing life back into spaces with care, precision, and an unwavering commitment to excellence. They are not just a company; they are a trusted partner, restoring both properties and peace of mind with every project they undertake.
They are the best. I highly recommend them!
Worked with this company after some damage to our property. Professional and kind company that made sure we were safe and well taken care of. Cannot recommend enough!
