A 2023 Google customer wrote that their home had two dirt-bottomed crawl spaces, one with a serious water problem, and that black mold growing in the wet crawl space had made them very ill. That 2023 customer said Neutocrete was significantly less expensive than the other places they called, that the product did everything they needed, and that their mold symptoms were relieved immediately. A 2023 customer of the original owner said Neutocrete installed its product in the crawl spaces of their old home and that, after several years, it cracked in several places. That 2023 customer also said messages they left were not returned. A 2022 Google customer said they called four times over a few weeks about warranty work and got no call back.
