Sundman Custom Homes

Ken Sundman and company built my entire house, from scratch in, 6 months! It was an ambitious project, starting on Sept. 1, 2001 the goal was for us to move in by Mar 1, 2002. While there are always issues that pop up while building a new house, Ken Sundman and company proved to be a great partner to work with and issues were quickly resolved. We actually did move in on schedule on March 1! I can't say enough to express how much I appreciate the great job done by Ken Subdman & company!

Ken is currently building our custom designed home. This was the first home we ever built and had only heard horror stories. This couldn't be further from the truth. What a wonderful experience! Ken listens, offers suggestions, but is respectful in the process. We may be running alittle behind what I wanted, however the fact that he and his crew work 6 days a week, that there was never a time he didn't show up, changes being made along the way,we are more than satisfied. I would do this again in a heartbeat but won't have to as this is everything I hoped it would be and more. The fact is...when this is over I will have a beautiful home and a new friend.
