Benson Builders built a multilevel deck for my cape house. Mark did a wonderful job taking my vision and turning it in to a reality with additional suggestions for improvements like the corner bench in the photos. Mark and his team were wonderful to work with. They are neat, on time and very pleasant people. The workmanship was high quality. Communication was very good with Mark informing us of progress and different construction options along the process. Highly recommend.

I am very pleased with the improvements Benson Builders recently did to the outside of my house. They are perfectionists in their work and are very pleasant to deal with. Mark had many good suggestions and communicated well throughout the process. I have worked with many contractors over the years, and these guys are real professionals!

We hired Benson Builders to give our 1950’s cottage a refresh with new windows, doors, siding, roof, and more. Mark was a pleasure to work with and we appreciate his design experience and guidance which helped create a classic appearance for the cottage. Mark is a great communicator, and his crew does excellent work. We are very happy with how well the project turned out and would not hesitate to call him for future projects.

Benson did a good medium / large renovation on our old eccentric cottage. We really appreciated getting the work done with the limitations of the house. Started with making the stairs safe, then reworked several rooms with walls to allow that, reworked bath, new windows, etc.. Price went to the upper range of the estimate. We ended up doing more work than originally quoted, but it made sense, and made the work better. The stairs are wonderful. He was concerned about problem solving the right way and making us satisfied.
