In August 2026, another reviewer said the team arrived on time and left their parents’ bathroom sparkling. The Nashua company describes itself as family owned, with ten years in business. Its website offers residential and commercial cleaning, including recurring visits, deep cleans, move-in and move-out cleaning, carpet cleaning and disinfecting. Google shows a 4.9-star average from 51 ratings. BBB gives the business an A+ grade and identifies it as accredited. Some customers have called on the team for substantial cleaning after disruption at home. In a December 2025 review, a homeowner described a broken pipe, displacement and renovations that left the house covered in construction dust. They said Super Star deep-cleaned the home after they moved back. A September 2025 reviewer described a short-notice initial deep clean at their mother’s home and said they planned to arrange regular service. Other dated accounts describe attention to places that are easy to overlook. A June 2025 reviewer said Luciana and her crew dusted behind the bed’s headboard. In August 2023, a customer with two dogs and three cats described furniture being moved carefully for cleaning and the team keeping a sliding door locked because a cat could open it. Another August 2023 customer, moving into a condo, said they communicated with the team by text during the cleaning while away from the property. A customer writing in June 2025 said the company visited every two weeks and praised its attention to detail. A May 2025 reviewer described a deep clean of a basement and garage, as well as upholstery cleaning that refreshed a white dining bench. There is also a specific damage complaint. In an October 2025 one-star review, a customer who had used the service for about a year said their stovetop was scratched as though an abrasive cleaner had been used.
