A recent Google customer says their fence was replaced in sections over 2 days so the dogs could go out at night, with waste materials hauled off and a three-year warranty on the work. A recent customer says the company used existing poles and gave them a much sturdier fence. A recent customer who had a 6 ft cedar privacy fence put up 3 1/2 years ago says the double gate broke within 3 months, panels were loose, and poles had not been inserted deep enough, and that each repair took many calls. A recent customer who called to have chain link posts reset says three appointments were made and the company never came. A recent customer says the two installers did not follow what the customer's husband had instructed, and that they had to put in and tighten the cable themselves so the dogs could not get out underneath. A 2025 customer said the company was a no call, no show three times, the workers came up 12 feet short, and $460 was added to the final bill, though the workers were pleasant and the workmanship good. A 2024 customer said they paid a $350 deposit for a ten-minute gate visit and never got the promised refund. Price was unbeatable. Work was done in 2 days and they replaced my fence in sections so I could let my dogs out at night after their first day of work. Did a great job of disposing of waste materials. Looks amazing and its nice to know we have the work under warranty for three years.
Original install 6 years ago was quick and good job done. We called this summer to have them come reset the posts on the chain link fence. 3 appointments made. Ghosted 3 times. Different person on the phone everytime. Even the manager ghosted us. Strange way to run a business. You'd think they would want to make money.
My husband stopped and spoke with someone and went over everything that we wanted done when the two guys showed up they had the diagram, but they didn’t follow what my husband instructed so we had to have them come back then we had to contact the company again because the fence my dogs could push out underneath it and when they were setting this up, they could see that and they chose not to do it we had to call and go up and get the stuff ourselves and come back and put the cable in and tighten it ourselves so the dogs cannot get out underneath the pen to me. This should’ve been done with a $3000 for the small area we had it should’ve been included I would not recommend superior fence. I would go somewhere else.
3 1/2 years ago they put up a 6 ft cedar privacy fence. Within 3 months the double gate was broken, with gates lying on the ground. and fence panels were loose. I had to call and message many times to get anyone here. It wasn't fixed right and the doors broke 2 more times and after much urging and calling they came to repair. They still aren't right and don't open and close without pushing and lifting. Most poles were loose and the panels jiggled. Again much hassle from me to get them here to look. They finally came and repaired some of the poles, as they were not inserted deep enough to begin with. The fence still is not sturdy and is an eyesore as inferior wood was used. Overall, a very expensive disappointment.
They did a great job using existing poles and gave us a much sturdier fence. Great guys all around
