Customers writing through 2023 and 2024 describe going into the Elm Street showroom with no idea what they wanted and leaving with a choice they could live with — samples to take home, options pulled one after another. “He did not rush me,” one wrote in 2023, before describing a visit to the house to measure the backsplash, a price for the job, and the tile installed three weeks later. The Manchester store sells tile and installs it, and reviewers used it both ways. A 2024 customer special-ordered epoxy grout and marble jambs, and credited Ray with up-front pricing and a week or less of lead time. Another, writing in 2023, already had an outside quote for the installation and went with Superior's own installer because the price was competitive. A 2022 customer had a walk-in shower built and the floor tiled, the whole bathroom finished inside a week. The showroom itself draws its own comments — a 2023 shopper was struck by how much was on display, and by being told that three white tiles she liked were in stock locally and could be in the store within days. This is the call for a tile job you want to pick carefully: a backsplash, a bathroom floor, a shower. Plan on two decisions rather than one — the tile and the labor — and price the installation the way that 2023 customer did, against an outside quote. Timing has run from under a week on a special order to three weeks between the measure and the finished backsplash, so ask where your job falls before you commit, and get the scope and lead time in writing.
I have used Ray and Superior tile to special order the epoxy grout and marble jambs that I need. He’s always responsive, up front about pricing, and usually only needs a week or less of lead time. I would recommend Superior Tile for any tiling related purchases.
We are very satisfied with the floor tile, toilet and vanity/sink installation. We have no complaints and would recommend Superior Tile to anyone.
Superior Tile and Raymond always provide excellent service from the beginning of the process until after the installation is complete. Raymond always goes above and beyond to make sure all of your questions are answered. Their tile selection is awesome. If you cannot find what you want for a tile it might not exist. Raymond will also provide you with tile options and insight to how the tile will work for your project. My wife and I have used Superior tile numerous times and I we will definitely use them in the future.
We visited Superior Tile almost a year ago to choose a tile for a kitchen remodel coming up. There are so many great floor and backsplash tile choices, and Ray, who is very knowledgeable about all the tile flooring in his store, helped us narrow down our selection and choose one. We have been to other stores before, but we were extremely satisfied with Superior Tile. Ray put a lot of time and effort in helping us. Our experience with Superior Tile was the best of any tile supplier and contractor we’ve ever dealt with. Their team helped us with a challenging selection process for our new kitchen backsplash, allowing for multiple sample evaluations that expedited our search. Their installation contractor was superb. I really value contractors who show up on time, are prepared for the work and very thorough with final layout, measurements, installation, and clean up. We’ll be sure to go back to Superior and request the same installer for our next tile job.
