A 2025 customer said they were charged for something they had already paid for, that more money was taken from their account and not refunded, and that there was no way they put 1.8 tons of clothes in a 10-yard dumpster. A 2024 customer said two car seats were weighed at 300 lbs, a reweigh came to around 180 lbs, and they were still charged for 300. A recent customer said they ordered a 2-yard dumpster biweekly and were charged the 4-yard weekly rate.
