On Google it holds 4.9 stars from 36 ratings, and its BBB grade is A+. A recent customer said Vilem, at work in their mother's home, replaced the cold water shut-off valve and the ice maker shut-off valve under the kitchen sink and installed a Moen Adler kitchen faucet the family had bought beforehand. That customer wrote that the old faucet had sediment build-up in the aerator filter only eight months after another plumber installed it. Vilem suggested dirty water from excavation work at the site had come in from the main water line, so he had the main run off on a spigot before connecting the new faucet. The same customer called his pricing reasonable and said he made himself available in a timely manner. A recent customer describes V as transparent about what the problem is and says his prices are reasonable. A 2025 customer said they had a garbage disposal and an outside spigot installed. A 2024 customer said Vilem came on a Sunday and replaced their water heater in a couple of hours, including driving to Southington to pick up the new heater. A 2023 customer who hired the company to remove an old garbage disposal and install a new drainage pipe from that sink said V caught a future issue from a picture they sent, and had it taken care of as well. In that 2023 review, the customer said the team arrived on time and explained the issue and the steps they would take to resolve it. A 2022 customer whose shower head was not working said they sent photos and the plumbers were able to determine the issue and help fix it immediately. A 2022 customer said their hot water heater was replaced the same day, the old one was carted away and everything was tested.
