In another 2026 review, a customer said Jessica "went the extra mile to find my Mercury cleaner parts." In a 2025 review, a customer said a sand filter part that was supposed to be in stock turned out to be the wrong part, and the store "sold me the part from the floor display model." In a 2024 review, a customer said that before they took a new filter home, Jessica "showed me how to set it up and operate it." There are also serious complaints. I had a wonderful experience speaking with Jessica over the phone. She guided me through the process with so much care and clarity that I felt confident about what my next step should be. What stood out most was that she did not try to sell me anything. In fact, she thoughtfully explained that what I had in mind might not be in my best interest and advised me toward a better option. I really appreciated her honesty, professionalism, and genuine care. I am very happy with our interaction and would absolutely go to her for future projects.
We had our pool installed last summer 2025. From the start the woman we dealt with was not very knowledgeable. The delivery and installation took longer than we were told, This is probably because they have two men installing the pool! When attempting to open the pool, this summer 2026, the liner had split at the seam and the ground underneath was washing away. I reached out immediately and were placed on the list for them to come out and assess it. I appreciate that they fixed the pool at no cost to us, which was appropriate! We have pictures of the support beams that are placed on the outer edge of the concrete block,not centered. After the new liner was placed this summer, it is not smooth and is bunched in many areas all throughout the pool! We also have pictures. The top rim of the pool was forced together and is not flush as a previously was. There’s been multiple communication with the company, and the installer, very little of our concerns seem to be concerns to them… And we are usually brushed off. We are hoping for a good summer! We hope we do not come across this issue next summer! If we do, we will definitely be reaching out for reimbursement for the pool! If you were looking to install a pool, I would do your research and shop elsewhere!
I’ve been going to Surfside for years and they’ve always helped with any pool issues I’ve had. Especially Jessica! On multiple occasions she’s gone above and beyond and taken the time to help me resolve things on an always hectic season.
Jessica is very knowledgeable at her job. She diagnosed my problem and now more pool time!
