In July 2026 a customer acting as owner/builders wrote that Shawn and crew did sitework, a new septic install and a foundation on their property, and took the time to answer many questions. In May 2026 a customer who hired Swallow and Sons for the excavation and cement slab of a new garage wrote that when they returned after the snow melted and the grading was easier to see, they recommended moving the slab about 90 degrees for an easier entry, at no charge to the cost. That July, after a storm knocked down two old pines, another customer called Shawn and wrote that his crew was there in no time. In a May 2025 review, Shawn and his crew built a large boulder wall and a smaller retaining wall, leveled a driveway, installed erosion mulch, rip rap and crushed stone, loamed and seeded the yard and pulled out a leaning tree, completing all of it within a week; Shawn came back to check and added more grass seed because he felt it should be growing quicker.
