During this past winter I realized I would be better off dealing with a local company and called Presby. They worked with me to make that transfer, answered all my questions, and followed through. I am now a happy Presby customer.
We used Presby to pump our septic tank and were very impressed with the service. The situation was fairly urgent, and when we called to book, they pulled out the stops to get us scheduled quickly, which we were extremely grateful for. The team got the job done efficiently and professionally, and caused minimal disruption. Communication was clear throughout, and it was obvious they understood the importance of timing in this situation. Reliable, responsive, and easy to deal with. We would not hesitate to use Presby again and would happily recommend them.
