The company calls itself family owned and operated by Tom, with his wife Sue involved, and says it serves towns and cities throughout New Hampshire. Its website identifies Hooksett as its base; its Google address is in Nashua. The company says Tom has more than 10 years of pest-control experience, including service and branch management roles at Orkin and management of the local 603 Pest office. It also reports pest-control certifications from Purdue University and Texas A&M University. Its stated work includes rodent, insect and termite treatments, along with VA/FHA loan pest inspections. Google shows a 5-star average from 159 ratings. Recent customers describe both quick scheduling and explanations of what happens after treatment. One customer with a yellowjacket nest in a shed says Tom arrived exactly on time the following morning, removed the nest and treated the area. He explained that returning foragers could remain active for the rest of the day and that the shed needed time to air out, and answered the customer's questions. Another customer says Mike came the next day and removed three nests after hornets and yellowjackets had kept the family and their dogs from enjoying the pool. A separate customer reports an online inquiry on a Saturday evening, a call from Tom within 30 minutes, and a Monday-morning visit for insects outside the house. Ant and rodent customers describe results as well. A July reviewer says Tom treated an ant problem and left extra bait granules for a troublesome plant; they had not seen an indoor ant for weeks.
