Sweet Sweeps Cleaning LLC

Working with sweet sweeps started off great we loved working with them. Then all of a sudden the problems started. The house multiple months in a row wasn’t getting cleaned well. Called and they did send someone out to reclean. Was told the window tracks would get wiped. I was told two people are going to clean to make sure it is done well. That Never happened. After multiple months of these issues finally chose not to continue. They send a message to have an appointment saying you need to confirm I never conformed and scheduled the appointment. Then they charge me a cancelation fee because I never called to cancel something that was never confirmed and booked. Yes, I could have called and told them I wanted to cancel monthly cleaning but when you haven’t scheduled and confirmed an appointment there is nothing to cancel. So were they just planning to show up at my house and start cleaning without permission? Started off really great which is why I am giving a 2 star but once they got comfortable there continued to be issues. Wouldn’t recommend using this cleaning company.

One of the cleaners vaped in my home, stood on my furniture while they cleaned and argued with my teenage daughter all in full view of the camera. They also threw their dirty mop water on the flowers near my front door all in view of the camera. They left dust everywhere and did a poor rush job on the first floor. They also made comments about my home in full view of the camera. Very unprofessional and bad cleaning job. The vaper also had a lighter with her like she was going to smoke a cigarette next inside my home.

Dana and her team do an AMAZING job! They took their time and made sure to touch every surface of my home. They cleaned things that I didn’t know needed a cleaning but after seeing it how clean they got it I was shocked. Definitely would highly recommend Sweet Sweeps for any of your cleaning needs

I couldn’t be happier with Sweet Sweeps! Communication with the team is always excellent- clear, responsive, and reliable. I also love how easy their app makes it to confirm and manage bookings, which takes all the stress out of scheduling. Most importantly, they do an incredibly thorough job every time. It’s such a relief to come home to a space that’s been cleaned with so much care and attention to detail. Highly recommend!
