In 2022, a New Fairfield resident said smoke tests and multiple plumbers could not figure out a septic issue; Sara listened over the phone and called back after speaking to Todd, and the company sent someone out and was right about the cause. That 2022 customer said the problem was finally fixed.

Not a fan of leaving a review solely based on CX but I called to cancel an appointment and to reschedule later in the year. After saying "I'd like to cancel my up coming apt" I was met with.. "Ok, I'll cancel, bye." I was literally trying to continue the convo with, "'I'd like to reschedule....", but was spoken over with "ok bye..". Not sure why the attitude, maybe another coffee was needed. Thats all it takes these days to go with someone else though.
