Our Condo association was very poorly served by this organization. They frequently missed agreed upon deadlines to complete different aspects of the contract. Their business practices gave us no choice but to terminate a multi-year contract within the first 6 months. Having paid them in full through March 2024, they responded by abandoning us during a recent ice and snow event.
