Google's 3.7-star average there comes from three ratings, and both written accounts were posted years ago, in 2019 and 2020. The 2019 one is not about a garden: that reviewer described being cut off and tailgated by one of the company's trucks, which they said passed on the wrong side of the road, and said their call to complain ended with a hang-up. One thing to settle before anything else — the BBB page carries an "Out-of-Business known or suspected" alert. Call the company and confirm it is still taking work before you plan a season around it. For a Cape Cod property where the point is native planting, wetland-sensitive design, or a job that has to satisfy a conservation commission, this is the kind of outfit to talk to. Ask to see a recent project of similar scope, check the arborist certification with the certifying body, and get the planting plan and the maintenance it will need in writing.
