Six burst heating pipes in the baseboards and between floors, found and repaired the same night after an ice storm and cold snap: a 2019 Angi customer said that is what Tony and his crew did at TC' s Plumbing & Heating LLC. That 2019 customer said three plumbers worked three hours of overtime and found the price fair. On Angi, the company describes itself as family owned and operated since 1997, offering plumbing and hot water heating across Fairfield and New Haven Counties. It shows 4.9 stars from 207 Angi ratings. A 2019 customer said they came first thing in the morning and had a new water heater installed and running by noon. A 2017 customer said they assessed the issue before 9am and came back around 3pm to replace the heater. A 2018 customer said they repaired a faucet on one visit and a leak in a baseboard heating element on another. A 2017 customer said Tony and Mike did the work on the under-sink and supply connections for a new dishwasher before the installer arrived. A 2019 customer said Tony and his team finished the project in about a day and a half and left the work area spotless. A 2024 customer said the job was completed in a timely manner and they explained what was done and why it was needed. A 2021 customer called the work good but said the price seemed a bit high and would get other quotes first. A 2017 customer said a new one-piece faucet took about 3.5 hours to install and would not call the job 100% perfect.
Everything was smooth, from the communication to the workers completing the job in a timely manner. They were considerate and educated me on what was completed and why it was needed.
Punctual, good work done. I’d consider hiring them again but would call to get other quotes before calling on them. I haven’t needed a plumber in years but their price seems a bit high.
Very satisfied with entire process, would definitely call them again.
Work was scheduled the same day as a follow up call from TC Plumbing. Arrived at the scheduled time and completed work quickly to satisfaction.
Timely repaired.
