Technites Landscape & Masonry

A rebuilt set of crumbling brick stairs, finished with granite treads and a landing, is one of the jobs customers describe hiring Technites Landscape & Masonry for. In an October 2024 Google review, that homeowner praised the result and called the price very reasonable. The Norton, Massachusetts business offers masonry and landscape hardscape work; its own website lists interlocking pavers, retaining walls, patios and fire pits. Its Massachusetts home improvement contractor registration is registry-verified active. Patio construction features in several dated customer accounts. A homeowner writing on Google in March 2025 said Technites worked with them to understand the job's scope and desired specifications before taking measurements. They praised the crew's attention to detail, communication and choice of materials, and said the project went smoothly. In a June 2024 Angi review, another customer described a stone patio installation and named Jerome and Patty, praising their meticulous work and informative manner. Angi lists a 4.9-star average from 38 ratings, with 97% five-star and 3% one-star ratings. The low rating came with a detailed complaint. In September 2023, an Angi customer who hired Technites for a large patio alleged slow progress, attendance only on some weekends, damage to the pool's water supply and failure to remove coping as promised. The reviewer said the project began in March and was completed on the last day of July, but some areas still needed repairs. They reported no response after three weeks of trying to arrange those repairs and said they intended to file with the BBB and pursue small claims court. HomeAdvisor describes the business as disputing that account. The threatened filings are the customer's stated plans, rather than an established court or regulatory action. A different Angi customer writing in September 2023 described an immediate return for repairs after storm damage and recommended Jerome. That account and the patio complaint describe different experiences with repair follow-up.
