Ted Karmeris Dependable Heating is a Rochester heating business where customers deal with Ted directly. On Google it holds 4.8 stars from 16 ratings. A 2026 customer from Dover said Ted has been there when they needed service for over 20 years and pointed others to him for furnace cleaning or repairing. A 2022 customer said Ted and his crew had taken care of their plumbing and heating needs for over 15 years. A 2024 customer, calling him for the first time, said Ted was prompt and his prices were reasonable. In a 2023 review, a customer said Ted replaced a very old, sooty furnace, came when he said, and discounted the price by about $500 because parts that went through the ceiling did not need replacing. That 2023 customer also said that with all the soot, and Ted and his assistant going in and out of the house, they left a newly painted deck and stairs filthy, which the customer had to repaint. That 2023 customer still said it was worth it to have a new furnace installed correctly.
Ted and his professional teammates are the ones to call for your furnace cleaning or repairing.. Top notch service and great customer service and support. Ted has always been there when I needed service for over 20 years. David Abbott Dover NH
Ted was very prompt and professional. His prices are reasonable. For being a first time customer I'm very glad I called him for service. Ted is the one I'll be calling for any future service needs.
I had a very old sooty furnace to replace. Ted came when he said and is a very knowledgeable person. He discounted the price by ~$500 because there were parts that went through the ceiling that he didn’t have to replace. Unfortunately, because of all the soot he had to deal with, and he and his assistant needing to go in and out of my house frequently, they left my newly painted deck and stairs filthy caused by having to go outside and back in numerous times. All due to the soot in the old furnace. Unfortunately, I now have to re-paint the whole thing which was a chore doing it once this season. But it’s worth it to have a new furnace installed correctly by an honest man.
Great people always there when you need them Ted’s the best..
Ted is always available with great service and workmanship. He and his crew have taken care of my plumbing and heating needs for over 15 years with complete satisfaction.
