Its website lists boiler and furnace repair, mini split and heat pump installation, water heater installation, central air repair, gas piping and HVAC inspections, and the company says it has been in business 10 years. The state registry shows KMG Mechanical, LLC's New Hampshire mechanical business licence, MBE2501751, as active, along with an active individual licence, GF1206577, held by Jeffrey D Gagnon. One customer said Jeff installed a mini-split system for an ADU being built for the reviewer's father-in-law, helped choose the system and layout, and left the work area spotless. A customer who had a new Samsung mini-split heating and cooling system put in said Jeff made sure everything was installed correctly and tested before the job was complete. After three other companies wanted to replace a customer's entire AC unit, Jeff determined only the compressor needed replacing and installed the parts the day they arrived. A customer with a forced hot water heat system said Jeff found a problem three other plumbers missed. One household had its oil tank replaced on short notice, and another said KMG came out the same day for a leaking furnace. A 2025 customer said Jeff removed a decades-old gas furnace and installed a new gas burner. A 2025 reviewer who first met Jeff on an emergency call when the heat went out said he went on to replace an outdated hot water storage tank and service the furnace, and that a mini split installation for their three-story house was complete.
