BBB records list a Massachusetts construction license (#149787) for the business, and BuildZoom separately reports the same license as active as of its last check in March 2026. The five written reviews on file run from 2016 to 2021, and the more recent ones describe substantial projects done well. In a 2021 review, a customer said Mike and his crew repaired and replaced portions of a rotting foundation, calling the company "efficient and thorough" and describing Mike putting in long days to make the new foundation solid. A 2020 review described the crew as early, clean and organized, with Mike explaining options as unexpected issues came up mid-project. In 2018, one customer said Michael and his team demolished an old bathroom and built a new one "professionally, accurately and efficiently," with excellent communication throughout, and another Houzz review that year credited the company with sticking to budget and timeline and staying available for questions. There's also one sharply negative account among the five reviews on file. A 2016 review described the company as not showing up on time, working half days, and charging about $4,000 more than quoted, calling the finished work subpar.
