The service technician Cody is the best!

My family members have been loyal Terminix customers for decades. Cody Gallup is the best of the best when it comes to customer service. He's punctual, communicative, thoughtful, considerate, skilled, brave, and actually cares about his work. I can't recommend him or Terminix highly enough!

Prompt, friendly service. The wasp nest was completely exterminated in fifteen minutes with no damage to any surrounding property.

Cody is the best! Always on time and does great work. It's so nice to not have to worry knowing he is my technician.

Cancelled! Paid the $220 for the initial inspection and treatment. Tech showed up and did no inspection. Asked a couple questions about my concerns and sprayed around my foundation, kitchen, under kitchen sink put some gel and that’s it. The report said no findings for the basement and other sections of the house the tech never even went to. I could’ve done the same thing for $30 worth of home depot products. They also want $75 a month to come back quarterly and retreat. Seems very overpriced and very lackluster service. Call a different company.
