Matt was extremely responsive! I called one morning about potential skunks under my shed and he explained the process within an hour of me calling! He then was at my house within a couple of hours! The skunks were caught within three days. Matt kept me updated with the process, how many he caught each day and sent pictures! I would definitely use him in the future if I needed to!
