A customer who has used Quest Pest Control for the past four years says the company is responsive and can fit them in last minute when an emergency comes up. The company says it has been in business for 41 years, and it holds 4.2 stars across 11 Google ratings. A recent customer says they were quick, professional and addressed all of that customer's concerns. In a 2024 review, a customer said the company identified the problem and solved it, unlike previous companies. A 2023 reviewer told a harder story: after the company serviced the family's unit, it reported to the health department that there was no sign of bugs, yet that reviewer said the family still found bugs every day two months later. That 2023 reviewer, whose landlord had paid for the service, accused the company of writing off the problem rather than treating it.

“The Miller Memorial Library brought in Quest Pest Control of Avon, a company that treats insects. The books were heated in a truck outside the building and shelving also received blasts of heat to kill the bugs.”
We've used Quest Pest for the past 4 years, and they are responsive, helpful, and always able to fit us in last minute if any emergencies arise.
Been using Quest Pest Control for years and have never had a bad experience! Very quick to respond and are always professional. Honest company, fair pricing, and quality work!
Loved them! Will be using them again! They were quick, professional and addressed all my concerns!
Quest pest control has been great to work with. They identified the problem and solved it unlike previous companies who just put a bandaid on the issue. They are very responsive and overall knowledgeable. Would highly recommend!
Photos from 2 months after they came out and serviced my family’s unit. They wrote off to the health department that there is no sign of bugs. We find bugs EVERY SINGLE DAY! I’m not sure how much my landlord paid for them to write it off but they are protecting my landlord from being sued. The landlord moved my family into this intreated unit knowing about the bugs and this pest control is being paid to not treat the issue but to write it off as not an infestation. If you’re a sketchy landlord looking to save a few $$ for a false treatment then these are the guys. They need to lose their license after this one.
