Terra Vita Masonry

Terra Vita Masonry is a family-owned hardscape and masonry contractor based in Newton, Massachusetts, working across nearby towns including Weston, Wellesley, Wayland, Sudbury, Dover, Needham, Concord, Brookline and Chestnut Hill. The company also takes on commercial snow plowing in the winter months. The written record here is thin but pointed: in a September 2025 review, a homeowner said the owner, John, answered within minutes of being contacted and had a quote ready quickly, then called the price reasonable and the finished patio's quality strong enough to recommend hiring the crew again. With only one written review on file, there isn't much of a pattern to lean on yet — worth asking for a couple of recent references, especially for work outside patios, before booking. For a homeowner near Newton who wants a patio built and values a fast quote, this is a reasonable first call — just round out the picture with references and a site visit.
