I had a substantial flood in my finished basement. I called my insurance company and Prime Restoration responded in a very short time. Prime removed all the water, everything damaged, and tested for mold and etc, They then removed all the mold. The cleaning was exceptional. Adam and his crew were professional, neat, hard working and polite. They removed the stress involved with this situation. After the cleanup, Mike Diette was the project manager for the renovation. He took care of every aspect of the renovation . He dealt with the insurance company, the contractors and the inspectors, etc. He kept me informed regarding who was coming to my property and when they would arrive. I appreciated the communication. Every contractor who came to my home was respectful, neat, polite and did excellent work including, but not limited to Matt from All Tech Painting & Plastering and his crew , and Mike the electrician who did the electrical work. We had water damage in our kitchen from our refrigerator leak. Prime did a great job in getting everything done on time and the work was exceptional. Steve did a great job in coordinating everything! Highly recommend this company!
