Recent customers describe plumbing, heating, cooling and electrical visits. Paul, the owner, personally came to one customer's home to inspect and check a boiler, explaining what he was looking at. Otto inspected a mini split system at a home the customers had just moved into and taught them about maintaining it. When a customer called about a leak with their shower, Jack did a thorough assessment, found it was not a plumbing problem, and cleaned up and resealed the shower fixtures when he was finished. Another customer has had the company out for consultations, electrical work and plumbing, naming Chris, Shawn, James and Paul. In 2024, a customer wrote that they had been using the company, then A&L, for more than twenty years. One recent customer who booked online for several plumbing repairs was not satisfied. They wrote that the plumber did not have what was needed to repair a Kohler sink cartridge and shutoff valve that day, and that while checking a shower leak he sent water pouring over the bathroom floor. That customer agreed to one branded contact sticker on the boiler but objected to two other stickers placed on equipment in the mechanical room, and left with quotes but none of the work completed.
