Sostilio and Sons Plumbing and Heating

We had a toilet flow valve that needed to be replaced, and a water supply hose that was stuck and a new garbage disposal that needed to get fixed. Sostilio and Sons was the only plumbing company that answered their phones, and could do work the same day. Matt was great. I had already bought the parts needed, because youtube said it was easy. It was not as easy as I had thought and they saved me a ton of time and got everything done in under an hour. Matt cleaned up, was very helpful and went above and beyond on the work. I will definitely using them again.

Mike Sostilio is our Hero. Furnace stopped working on Friday morning. On Sunday, MA is going to get a major snowstorm with subzero temperatures starting Friday night. My two elderly parents have no heat and this was very concerning knowing who can I call on such short notice. Well I remembered John Sostilio and his son who helped me out a couple years past and they were fantastic. So I called, and this time John’s son, Mike arrived Friday, had all the parts, and fixed the furnace before sundown. My parents have heat, the ladies are pleased, and the pets are happy. We had a heating emergency with our Navien water heater and Mike Sostilio came out first thing. He diagnosed the problem quickly and said we could repair the part in question rather than replace the whole thing. He even had all the parts on his truck to fix it! He was very clear in his explanations and took the time to help me understand the issues that were going on. He checked the whole system over carefully and made sure it was working properly before he left. The cost for all of his work was many thousands of dollars less than the other quotes I received. The heat was back on within two hours and the system is running better than ever! Mike does super high quality work, and is completely reliable, tidy, friendly, responsive, honest, and very reasonably priced. I cannot recommend Sostilio and Sons more highly. I wish every company were more like them!
