The Clear Factor power washes houses, decks, roofs and gutters across a service area its website says includes Uxbridge, Sutton, Northbridge, Douglas, Milford and Shrewsbury. On Google it holds 4.9 stars from 424 ratings. One recent customer hired the company at 5 PM for a house wash the next morning, ahead of putting the house on the market, and had the house, the underside of the gutters, the portico pillars and the cement walkway power washed. A gutter-cleaning customer said the technicians also cleaned the downspout drainage pipe leading to the ditch out front to make sure it was flowing properly. A customer whose property and situation were unique said the owner took the time for a site visit before the roof and the back side of the house were washed. A 2026 customer said the crew took care of ice dams about 8 inches tall using steam, then cleared the snow above and the deck area the snow came down on. A 2022 customer in Douglas said the company had come out right away for an emergency ice dam removal, working in the late evening in freezing temps. A 2022 customer said Paul went over the algae on the roof and the steps to treat it, and that the job came with a 3-year warranty in case of regrowth. A 2023 customer who had windows cleaned, including many roof windows, said the crew was accommodating about redoing several, and suggested cleaning windows on the inside first, since most of the spots they thought were missed were dirt on the inside. One customer said they waited a couple of months for a paver job, then the pavers were buffed for an hour or so and looked exactly as they did before, at $650. A customer believed the upper part of their colonial home had been sprayed from afar and said green mold remained in one corner of the farmer porch. A customer whose charge card was declined objected to getting a text, a phone call and an email about it within three hours of the work.
