The Energy Monster MA is a Worcester insulation and energy-efficiency company whose written reviews run from 2010 to 2020, nearly all on Angi. It lists insulation of several kinds, spray foam, energy audits and heat pump installation, and describes itself as having over 10 years in the business. The insulation jobs are the heart of it. In a February 2011 review, a homeowner with ice dams said the problem went away after the crew installed air sealing and cellulose, and that the company found utility rebates to help pay for it. A June 2010 reviewer said the insulation went in in one day and the crew cleaned up afterward. In a July 2020 review, a customer said Mike walked them through applying for state heat pump rebates and was reachable by email, and that they hired the company again for solar panels. One account went the other way: in a September 2014 review, a customer said the insulation was fine but the vinyl siding removed to do it was not put back completely or correctly, and scheduling communication was poor.
