Pete Leonardi is the handyman Leominster homeowners keep calling back. One January 2025 reviewer had been having him work at the house for about 15 years; another, writing days earlier that month, described 20 years of the same. The 2026 jobs are carpentry. In July 2026 a customer describes stairs built off several decks, with Pete arriving in the morning and working through the day — that customer was amazed how fast the projects came along, and asked him to build a swing set, a kids' picnic table and a sandbox as well. In April 2026 another had a door installed and wrote that he walked them through the options first. Earlier accounts fill in the range. A January 2025 reviewer lists repairs, replacements and assemblies across several occasions and calls him dependable, punctual and reasonably priced. Another from the same month credits his work on cabinet doors, kitchen cupboard doors, and bathroom and bedroom doors. A third compared estimates before hiring and found his neither too low nor too high, and noted he turned up on time. Two other things come up about dealing with him. The January 2025 customer of 15 years wrote that he suggests improvements they would not have thought of on their own; an August 2025 customer who had to cancel at the last minute over a sick cat wrote that he took it politely. For a punch list, a set of deck stairs, a door, or an afternoon of assembly work, he is a sensible call. Get the estimate and the scope of the day settled before he starts, the way the customer who compared quotes did.
