The Maids is a house cleaning service. On Angi, the business describes itself as The Maids Home Services, a professional house cleaning service. A 2006 customer said everything was spotless, and that the trash was taken out and printed cards showed the bathroom was sanitized. In a 2006 review, a customer said the service was very professional and one of the more expensive in the area. A 2006 customer said they had asked specifically for the windows to be cleaned and they were not, and that they spent the entire next day finishing the job. That 2006 customer said Lois followed up and offered to come back. A 2007 customer said they had to pick up clutter before the house could be cleaned, and that dishwashers were loaded indiscriminately.
I am a busy single mother of four, that is why I needed the service. Maids of Western MA did not accomodated me well as a service. E.G.; A) My house has more 'clutter' then actual mess toys everywhere, childrens drawings, papers left about, and miscelanious items just left on just about every convenient surface.I need to pick up all of that before they can even clean, thus i clean up before they clean.B) I might be one of the last to do so,but I hand wash my dishes,i simply like the quality of hand washed dishes, and no worries about careless chips, breakage,or heat damage to my collection of vintage ware. They load dishwashers...indiscriminately.
I was disappointed in the overall cleaning.I asked specifically if the windows would be cleaned and they were not. The house was a mess when they started. They did put a huge dent in it but I spent the entire next day finishing the job. I appreciate how fast they came out and Lois did follow up and offer to come back. I had already finished when she called the following day.
Maid Service
Very good service, very professional. Service is one of the more expensive of the area.
The maids did an EXCELLENT job. Timely, efficient, great communication with the company and very accommodating to my needs. Highly recommend.
