President Patricia Acevedo bought the franchise about five years ago after starting as a maid herself and working up to operations manager. The color teams show up constantly in reviews. A November 2025 review names all four members of the Yellow Team — Ángela, Rosa, Altagracia, and Miguelina — describing how they've accommodated elderly family members with specific allergy and infection concerns. Another November 2025 reviewer said the Purple Team has been theirs "since day 1" and never interrupts their workday while cleaning. In July 2026, a team of four cleaned a two-bedroom apartment, including the dog's food bowls, in two hours. In December 2025, a customer recovering from surgery said their condo was left spotless after a two-hour clean, despite being away and behind on housework for months. Not every visit has gone perfectly. An October 2025 review, still four stars, mentioned a glass ornament that seemed to go missing and a hallway floor that needed remopping. A September 2023 review described a two-star experience with a move-out cleaning: the team had to come back to vacuum spots they'd missed, and the reviewer wasn't sure the floors had been mopped at all.
