The Modern Handyman LLC

We are happy to have hired Stephen to restore our backyard deck. He is professional, diligent, and meticulously took time to sand, prep and paint. The deck looks rejuvenated now thanks to his efforts! Stephen is very clear in his communication, responds promptly, and we can say from our experience, is as honest as he is hardworking.

We contacted Stephen regarding a job for which we could not find anyone to do the work. He responded within hours and came out to assess the job and provided an estimate the same day. We were so pleased with his work that we contracted him to do additional projects and have been extremely pleased with the results. He is always on time, his work is done meticulously, and he always cleans up. He is very friendly, professional, licensed and insured. Highly recommend him for all jobs both big and small, especially since he is willing to take on smaller jobs that many contractors/handymen are not always willing to tackle. We will continue to use Modern Handyman for a multitude of projects that we have already identified, and have all confidence that they will be completed to perfection.

We heard about the Modern Handy Man from a friend. We had a shower head that had leaked for months and exhausted efforts to find the cause. Modern Handy Man got back to us right away to schedule a visit. Everything was fixed quickly, with excellent attention to detail. He even helped clear the slow drain while he was here. It is hard to find reliable and trustworthy help these days and if you are in need of a quick fix and genuine expertise, look no further! We will absolutely be using Modern Handy Man in the future and recommending him to friends and family!
