A customer who arrived early said Michael let them hang out while he did the inspection, pointed out any issues, explained why each might be happening and what might need to be done to fix it. Mike showed a customer things they had not noticed when they looked at the home, and took his time explaining every step and detail. A customer who has used Michael for inspections multiple times says that if there are issues with the property, he will find them and report them. A customer said Michael explained what he was seeing and made sure they understood which items were most important.
The inspector was extremely thorough and made sure I saw everything that would need repair. He gave a lot of time into the inspection , and was very polite. I would definitely hire him again!
Mike was very informative. He showed me and told about things that I really didnt notice. When I looked at the home. He took his time explaining every step and detail. I think he is probably going to be saving me some money in the long run. Im very thankful and pleased .
Michael was great I arrived early and he was nice enough to let me hangout while he did the inspection. He made sure I knew if there were any isuses and pointed them out and explained why the issue might be happening. He also explained what might need to be done to fix the issue. I wish he was a contractor too his honesty and being straightforward was refreshing especially when most people try to talk down to a woman and assume they wouldnt understand.
