A recent Google customer says their parents used the business and that the owners and staff know the product. In a 2018 Houzz review, a customer said Ron the owner found a semi-hidden leak within a week, repaired it, and the water level had not dropped in 3 days. A 2017 Houzz customer said Deb sat down with them in the store and explained each piece of equipment, its job and the warranties before the pool was installed, and that her husband came several times after the job to go over chemicals. A 2015 Houzz customer said the start was a month behind and that two men, Ron and Willie, put in the pool. A recent Google customer says water tests are not free unless you buy their products and calls the products way overpriced.
