The Pool Man holds a 2.3-star Google rating from 3 ratings. A 2024 customer said they were struggling to remove cloudiness and algae from their pool, and that Don came when they called, worked hard and taught them while he was doing the work. That 2024 customer said Don was continuing to come on a weekly basis. A 2023 Google reviewer gave one star, wrote "I would stay away from this individual," and called the service very unprofessional.
Don is one of the most responsive service people I have encountered. We were struggling with our pool, trying to remove the cloudiness and algae. Don came when we called, worked hard and taught me while he was doing the work. He continues to come on a weekly basis and our pool has never and I repeat never looked so good. I feel so fortunate to have found him and would highly recommend him.
I would stay away from this individual. Very unprofessional.
