I ordered a very large blackout roller shade (10 ft by 12 ft) that required a special order for fabrication and installation. After trying with two other companies with no success I contacted The Shade Store and they delivered! Luke was extremely helpful and patience throughout the process. The contractors that came to measure the window and install the shade were nice and professional as well. I had a great experience and will recommend The Shade Store without hesitation.
