Thermalfit LLC describes itself on Angi as a roofing, window, vinyl siding and trim company, and its website says it has been in business 36 years. A 2017 customer on Angi said Rodger, the owner, did both the siding and replaced all of the windows with new construction windows as the siding was completed. That 2017 customer wrote that his crew worked as a coordinated team and openly communicated plans, and that when several problem areas turned up as the siding came off, they moved ahead with repairs. The same 2017 reviewer said they planned to call Rodger again for the roof. Its Rhode Island home improvement contractor registration, number GC-23204, held by Thermalfit LLC, is expired on the state registry.
Rodger the owner cares about his reputation. He did both siding and replaced all of the windows with new construction version as the siding was completed. His crew worked as a coordinated team quickly, caringly, and openly communicated plans and thoughts. As they discovered several problem areas as the siding was removed just moved ahead with repairs that were better than new. We will be calling Rodger again in a few years when we have to get to the roof. He has done many of the homes on our street and all of our neighbors are happy with his work.
