I cannot say enough good things about Thomas Buffington Associates. We had a serious issue with our main water line that required excavation during frozen winter conditions, and from start to finish, their team was exceptional. Water from the main line was entering our home, making this an issue that required immediate attention. Their team responded promptly and treated the situation with the urgency it deserved. Every gentleman involved was professional, punctual, courteous, and extremely detail-oriented. Despite the frozen terrain, they worked carefully around our property, even taking the time to preserve a shrub rather than simply removing it. They were respectful of our yard and home and never rushed or cut corners. This was a stressful situation, but they handled everything seamlessly from beginning to end, keeping us informed throughout the process. Their work was not only quick, but also thorough and precise a level of care and professionalism you don’t often find anymore. If I could give 10 stars, I would. We will absolutely be using Thomas Buffington Associates again for future projects and highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable, high-quality service.
