The owner is very knowledgeable, friendly & responsive! It was easy to get questions answered & schedule a cleaning. The prices are extremely reasonable. Highly recommend! I’m new to septic systems & he took the time to throughly explain what I need to know.

I called Bill on 4th of July and he picked up the phone to help me out, that should be all I need to say. Went above a beyond to help fix my issue.
I scheduled an appointment with Bill on Monday, and he confirmed he would come out on Wednesday at 12:00 PM. I waited for the appointment time, but he never arrived and did not contact me. After multiple calls, he returned my call an hour later and stated that his truck had broken down and was at the mechanics. While I understand unexpected issues can happen, I expressed that it was frustrating and unprofessional not to notify me, especially since I had rearranged my time and had already explained on Monday that I was experiencing concerns with my septic system backing up. Rather than acknowledging those concerns, my feelings were minimized, and the situation was dismissed as “it was just a clean out.” When I expressed my disappointment in how he failed to communicate in a timely fashion, he abruptly hung up on me after saying I could call someone else. My concern is less about the missed appointment and more about the lack of communication, professionalism, and customer service during a potentially stressful home issue.
