Thomas J. Scala is a Marblehead electrician, and his permit history runs right along the North Shore — 32 jobs on BuildZoom in Marblehead, Beverly, Salem and Manchester between 2016 and 2022. The work is the renovation kind more than the service-call kind: kitchen rewires, basement bathrooms, wiring for third-floor additions. His Massachusetts electrician licence, #21970, is active on the state registry, and BuildZoom scores the profile 91. For a kitchen rewire or a finished basement on the North Shore, he's a sensible call. Confirm the licence number against the state register, ask for a certificate of insurance, and get the scope and who pulls the permit in writing before work starts.
