Very happy with the work done to rebuild our basement stairs and add exterior venting for a bathroom vent.<br><br>Brian was very responsive with my many questions and always happy to help. Will certainly use them in the future.

Save yourself some time and headaches and hire the GioBros. We put an addition on our house expanding the bedroom, bathroom and kitchen as well as updating the entire house with electric and plumbing. We gave Brian a timeline of 4 months as we were renting another house and had to be back in ours at the end of that term. These guys worked tirelessly to make sure they were on target and also cared for the condition of our house and the contents we left behind. Here's some reasons to hire them...<br>Communication. Amazing. Brian will keep you informed and respond to questions and concerns immediately. He understands your vision (meaning your wife's) and makes sure it's on target and perfect. Professionalism of staff. Some of the most caring people i've encountered in this business. respectful and genuinely nice people. Brian will calm any anxiety you might have. Just ask my wife. It got to the point where my opinion was not needed. My wife would say "what did Brian say" hahaha. Craftmanship. Outstanding. These guys care about what they do and make sure they do it right. No cutting corners or cheapening the outcome. Everything from framing a window to fixing a floor board. By the way, they even saved me money on something i didn't need to do. Honesty and integrity are the cornerstones of their business. I could go on and on. I just want to thank Brian, Erica and Mike and all the employees of GioBros for making our home the best version of itself. I have told many people the story of our house project and they can't believe what an incredible time we had dealing with these guys.<br>No crazy amount over budget. No crazy "that will be another two weeks". Brian said it would take 4 months. Moved out January 3rd and we were back in the house May 4th. The Giovannucci Brothers have done two projects for us - one being a major 2nd floor renovation that took several months and the other a large deck + sliding door. Both projects were completed on time and on budget and better than we could have hoped for! Brian, Mike and Erica are a pleasure to work with on every level. They are helpful, knowledgeable and responsive and all their crew are the type of people that you'd want in and around your home. We hired the Giovannucci brothers and their team to redo our Master Bath and we couldn't be happier with their work. The team rotated for various stages of the project: demo, reconstruction, carpentry, tile and finish work. They worked with our current plumber as we had determined that at the outset. Mike or Brian were on site at least once a day and they were always available to stop by if any issues popped up.<br><br>The house was built in the 1920s and the bathroom was original to the house, so unexpected issues were inevitable, i.e. deteriorating pipes discovered when the walls came down. These bumps along the way were handled skillfully and effortlessly and they walked us thru their recommended solutions at every turn.<br><br>The team was professional, knowledgeable, friendly & respectful. We were able to work from home without any interruptions or concerns. The work itself was top-notch as everyone on the team was skilled in many different areas. If a tile issue came up when the carpentry guys were on-site, they were able to seamlessly switch gears and solve the problem.<br><br>They sought our input and kept us in the loop every step of the way. They offered suggestions and solutions that made us confident in our decision to use them for such a large project.<br><br>They took care to finish every last detail and a few weeks after the bathroom was completed, Mike stopped by to fix an AC vent cover that got stuck in the shut position when re-installed. Little things like that is what sets them apart from other contractors we've worked with in the past. The Giovannucci Brothers communicated with us in a clear, straightforward manner so there were no surprises. We always go in to these types of projects with a bit of anxiety, but our concerns disappeared once construction began. We will be recommending Brian & Mike and their team to all our family and friends. Thanks, guys!

Brian and his crew have done two beautiful projects for us in the last couple of years! The first was a front entryway addition to add a small mudroom and second was a larger two-story addition which added a master suite and laundry room, and expanded the first floor living space. We are so happy with both of our projects and the process went as smoothly as these types of projects can go.
